Both are stylishly and fully furnished down to the linens and offer 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Villas are within easy walking distance to a variety of shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and much more. Rates

  • The Crimson Starfish - $92 per night
  • The Coastal Schooner - $100 per night
  • All Rates based on a minimum 1 month stay - We are sorry, but we cannot accommodate shorter stays.
  • No sales tax or lodging tax due to this policy

Rules

  • RESERVATION/DAMAGE DEPOSIT A reservation deposit of $500 is due seven days after booking. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival, and is not considered rent for stay.
  • ADVANCE PAYMENT equal to 50% of the rental rate is due sixty days prior to arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the unit’s rent. We accept for payment of traveler's checks, cashier's checks, personal checks payable to AYW properties, and we accept Paypal. This is advance payment is for rent, and is not a damage deposit.
  • BALANCE OF RENT is due fourteen days before your arrival date. 
  • CONTINUATION OF STAY (on a space available basis)- Rent is due fourteen days prior to new term.
  • RESERVATIONS ARE ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS.  Reservations are binding only after deposit is received, with signed agreement.
  • CANCELLATIONS - A sixty day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within sixty days of the arrival date, forfeit the payment for the canceled dates. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
  • RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE without notice.
  • NO PETS OR SMOKING INDOORS (smoking on patio acceptable) While FerryClose condonminiums have a NO PETS policy, they should not be considered a "PET FREE " environment.
  • COMPLEX BYLAWS REUIRE credit and/or background check.
